Smart questions you may be asking

What does this cover?

Your plan covers the installation of a continuous monitoring system and the time it takes us to resolve any cybersecurity incident. When an attack occurs, your assigned security expert who will handle the incident on your behalf. There are no additional costs. No exclusions. No fine print.

What are the costs?

When you sign up, you purchase a plan based on your business size (measured by number of employees). This monthly subscription is your only cost—which starts as low as $200. There are no hidden costs and your premium doesn't go up if you use your policy.

What if I have IT?

Our cyber insurance is the perfect complement to an existing IT department. Most IT teams lack the security expertise to detect attacks early and respond to them effectively. Our service provides access to this expertise without requiring a full-time hire.

Can I still get hacked?

Yes. Even the largest security companies in the world can't prevent all breaches. However, our continuous monitoring system increases the likelihood that we'll detect an attack early, allowing you to minimize the damage. In the case of a hack, we will bring a security expert into your business until the incident is resolved.

Will my costs go up if I'm hacked?

No! Unlike traditional insurance providers, we do not charge customers for using their policy. In fact, we encourage you to report any suspicious emails or events so we can get ahead of potential incidents. We have a vested interest in insuring your protection because if you get hacked we have to spend our time to resolve it.

I think I was hacked. What now?

While our continuous monitoring system will detect many of the attacks against your business, there are other ways a cybercriminal can get in. Phishing scams, tricking your employees to give up a password, ... the list goes on. If you suspect a hack, report it and we'll immediately investigate and resolve at no additional cost.

What makes you different?

Most cybersecurity insurance policies claim to cover any damages that occur from a cyber incident. But insurers are often slow to consider your claim and exclusions make it difficult to cash in. We, on the other hand, proactively monitor your business for threats and immediately resolve any attack using real humans.

Why should I trust you?

In the cybersecurity world, hackers are divided into two groups: white hat (the good guys) and black hat (the bad guys). Our team is made up exclusively of expert white hat hackers, with experience in the public and private sectors. Many employees also maintain top-secret clearance with the U.S. government.

How do I stay informed?

Every month, you'll receive a report from our continuous monitoring system with a breakdown of any incidents we detected. The report explains how we resolved each breach and provides you with a clean bill of health. You can use this report to prove to customers—or auditors—that you take cybersecurity seriously.
